Their laundry solutions are available under five respected brands, sold and supported by a global network of select distributors.THE ROLEIn the role of HR Generalist, you will assist the EMEA HR Manager to build trusted partnerships with leaders and their teams to support their business's day-to-day needs.
This role requires experience in developing and driving HR initiatives at both operational and strategic levels, and experience working in a matrixed organisation across several countries.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESManage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, making job offers, and administrating the onboarding process.Be responsible for all HR operations (payroll, labour law compliance, employee records, contracts, documents, absence management, job changes etc.
)Cooperate with the external payroll providers in EMEA and ensure correct and timely monthly payroll.Partner with EMEA HR Manager and support transactional tasks to ensure a seamless HR process.Supervise the Health & Safety requirements for the entity.Administer the company cars.Ensures an accurate and efficient input and maintenance of personnel and salary administrative information in the personnel administration system (HR database & HRIS.
)Ensure operational processes, procedures and policies are aligned with current employment law and compliance requirements.Support all HR-related global programs, like the annual Performance, Merit and bonus review process.Engage with hiring managers on staffing plans to become more predictable with resource needs and ensure hiring managers are properly trained on all talent acquisition processes and practices.Drive successful execution of new initiatives, including the rollout of business initiatives and programs focused on organizational and cultural change.Identify operational areas of improvement within the region, improve existing processes and manage projects on the development of new processes to keep the support company growth on regional and global levels.Partner with HR peers, Legal, Payroll and other functional teams to ensure a comprehensive and holistic employee-centric and legally compliant approach to HR processes.Organize and participate in different HR events (round tables, town halls, etc.
)Participate in other activities of the HR department.SKILLSMinimum 3+ years of relevant international HR experience, including familiarity with global and regional-specific HR processes, policies, and compliance.Understanding of various International employment laws and their impact on HR matters.
