Company DescriptionIbis AmmanJob DescriptionHow You'll Make an Impact:Provide HR support to OperationsRecruitment and selection of frontline employeesAssist operations with investigations as required, respond to on-site ER/LR inquiries and issues (coaching, counselling, CBA interpretation, labour standards, grievances, etc.) liaising with the HR Manager and/or Labour Relations team as requiredMonitor, report and analyze attendance management metrics in accordance with established processes.Prepare letters for issuance related to attendance management. Provide reports and trending information related to attendance, and make recommendations related to the attendance management process.Manage employee leaves. Work with operations on timely return to work and ensure any required documentation associated with leaves is up to date and accurateCreate, monitor and maintain metrics related to HR processesProvide support to operations regarding employee engagement initiativesWork to continuously improve processes and create efficiencies (recruitment, attendance management, employee engagement, etc.)QualificationsWhat You'll Need to Succeed:University Degree or College diploma in Human Resources or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years' experience in Human ResourcesExperience managing attendancePrevious experience in a hospitality or service provider environment is an assetAbility to work effectively in situations involving rapid change, shifting priorities, and/or simultaneous demandsAbility to develop new and maintain existing relationships with stakeholdersAbility to take initiative and work independentlyStrong ethics and integrity
