We are a young, yet rapidly growing company, aiming to take metal 3D printing to the next level by developing high-performance, affordable, and easy-to-use metal 3D printing solutions.What are we looking for?We offer flexibility and the possibility of working from home occasionally.Main responsibilitiesLabor relations, personnel organization and planning, prevention of labor risks and ISO standards.Motivation and coordination of the team of people under his supervision in accordance with the values of the company.Management of the human resources department so that its functions are carried out effectively and efficiently.Contribution to the general management of the human resources perspective.Plan staffing levels in accordance with the organization of the Institute to ensure service while avoiding overruns and cost overruns.Manage shifts, vacations, leaves and absences.To have properly documented and updated the definition of all jobs in the company.Design new positions, define functions and responsibilities together with the management of the department to which the person will belong.To foresee the medium and long term personnel needs.Analyze compensation systems to promote internal and external equity and staff motivation.Planning and organization of the necessary training courses.Performance evaluation and personnel control.Management of all legal-administrative procedures involving the company's personnel (selection and formalization of contracts, payroll and social security processing, and control of employee rights and duties).You will be a great fit for the Meltio team if you are/have:Bachelor/Degree of Psychology.Postgraduate of Human Resources or equivalent.2+ years experience in a Human Resources post.Great capacity for adaptation and learning.Great communicative abilities.We will value the ability to use a HHRR management program, such as Factorial.Salary: 20.000 - 24.000€ gross/year.
