Your mission
- Align business objectives with employees and management, provide HR guidance.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Spanish (and will be plus LATAM) legal requirements related to day by day management of employees, partnering with legal support when needed.
- Partner with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
- Develop HR related policies and procedures.
- Advise on talent development and organizational changes.
- Provide guidance on workforce planning, support in budgeting.
- Support the Management in the Talent Development and Culture projects.
- Cultivate and enhance the employer brand to attract and retain top talent, fostering a positive and compelling reputation in the job market.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR roles, with a focus on HR Managing.
- Solid understanding of HR practices and regulations in the European region, with experience working across multiple countries preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive HR initiatives and projects from conception to implementation.
- Proven experience in employee relations, talent management, and performance management.
- Experience in HR analytics and utilizing data to drive insights and decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
