Your Mission Align business objectives with employees and management, provide HR guidance.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of Spanish (and will be plus LATAM) legal requirements related to day by day management of employees, partnering with legal support when needed.
Partner with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
Develop HR related policies and procedures.
Advise on talent development and organizational changes.
Provide guidance on workforce planning, support in budgeting.
Support the Management in the Talent Development and Culture projects.
Cultivate and enhance the employer brand to attract and retain top talent, fostering a positive and compelling reputation in the job market.
Your Profile Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR roles, with a focus on HR Managing.
Solid understanding of HR practices and regulations in the European region, with experience working across multiple countries preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive HR initiatives and projects from conception to implementation.
Proven experience in employee relations, talent management, and performance management.
Experience in HR analytics and utilizing data to drive insights and decision-making.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
Fluency in English and Spanish.
