Tasks Your responsibilities and impact as an HR Business Partner: Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing HR guidance and support in alignment with business goals. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support business objectives. Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies. Provide guidance and support to management and employees on employee relations issues. Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations. Support talent acquisition processes and help attract, retain, and develop high-performing employees. Assist in the development and implementation of performance management programs. Facilitate succession planning and workforce development initiatives. Identify and analyze organizational development needs. Design and implement programs to improve organizational effectiveness. Support change management initiatives and provide coaching to leaders on change strategies. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Develop, implement, and interpret HR policies and procedures. Provide training and education on HR policies and practices. Provide guidance on pay decisions, promotions, and job evaluations. Support annual compensation planning processes. Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and track the effectiveness of HR initiatives. Prepare and present reports on HR metrics, such as employee turnover and retention rates. Requirements Skills, experience and interests you need to succeed in this role: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred. At least 5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic HR role. Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
