Job Purpose: The HRBP is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in EMEA, The role reports to the Chief People Officer and acts as a change agent to drive HR initiatives that support business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Partnership :
Collaborate with business leaders to understand their needs and align HR strategies to support business objectives.
Provide expert guidance on organizational structure, workforce planning, and succession planning.
Support business units in driving performance management, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives.
Training's employee performance review
Analyze the training needs of the sites in the region, and build & implement training plans accordingly
Ensure the performance review process is done by managers in the region in a proper way supporting them with setting goals and managing performance feedback sessions with employees
Employee Relations :
Act as a trusted advisor for managers and employees on employee relations issues.
Investigate and resolve complex employee relations matters while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with company values.
Change Management :
Support the business in managing change initiatives, including organizational restructuring, mergers, or acquisitions.
Actively participate in the design and delivery of change management programs to ensure smooth transitions.
HR Strategy & Projects :
Roll out company-wide HR initiatives according to the company's culture and objectives
Lead HR projects globally to support the CPO
Data Analysis & Reporting :
Full control of the HRIS- hr system, inserting data and pulling reports in order to do analysis on turnover, workforce trends etc..
Present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership on talent and people-related matters.
Compliance & Risk Management :
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies to mitigate risks.
Provide guidance and support during internal audits or external regulatory inquiries.
Actively involved while encountering legal issues related to employees
Qualifications:
Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Experience :
5- 7 years of experience as HR generalist roles/HR coordinator roles
Proven experience in partnering with business leaders to drive results.
Skills :
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain confidentiality.
Strong project management skills and ability to lead initiatives from inception to completion.
Proficiency in HR systems and data analytics tools.
High level of English both oral and written
Experience in working in Global companies
The role will require traveling from time to time.
