Overview : As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in recruiting top talent, managing employee records, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Your mission includes : Recruiting new professionals across various areas of the company, including internships for university student s.Handling all necessary paperwork and documentation for onboarding and offboarding employee s.Managing temporary leave processes, such as sickness and maternity leav e.Tracking career progression and maintaining up-to-date information on employee roles and evaluation s.Monitor probation periods and notify relevant supervisor s.Internal meetings with different areas of the company regarding HR need s.Update the employee database with any change s.Record and report payroll incidents and information for Social Securit y. Qualificatio ns:Bachelor's degree in HR, Pedagogy, Labor Relations, or a related field. Alternatively, a degree in Business Administrati on.High proficiency in English Skills ( C1)Knowledge of business economics and personnel administration is a pl us.At least 2 years of previous experience in a similar ro le.
