Key Responsibilities:
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
Oversee all HR Operations, ensuring alignment with business goals
Improve work relationships, increase productivity, and reinforce talent retention
Provide decision support through HR metrics and policy guidance
Ensure legal compliance throughout Human Resource management
Develop and monitor HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy
Address demands, grievances, and other issues in management and employee relations
Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
Identify training needs for teams and individuals and monitor training programs
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Maintain pay plan and benefits program
Requirements:
Degree in Human Resources or related field
Spanish (C1) English (C1) Thorough knowledge of labor legislation Proven work experience as an HR business partner.
