Human Resources Assistant

Job Summary:The HR Assistant is responsible for assessing and evaluating potential employees; evaluating existing personnel (office-based, field personnel, and farm and plant operations); and coordinating concerns of farm and plant operations employees.Duties and Responsibilities:Assists with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties.Supports the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.Ensures smooth coordination and transaction from business unit to Head Office.Secures and maintains accurate and up-to-date records, files, and documentation.Files and organizes documents (both electronic and hard copies).Reviews and updates documents for maintenance and quality control.Follows company procedures.Qualifications:Graduate of BA/BS Psychology or HRDM, or any related course.At least one (1) year experience as HR Assistant.Knowledge of different facets in human resources.Strong personality and time-management skills.Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.Must be detail-oriented.Willing to visit farm areas around CALABARZON on a scheduled basis.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:Company Christmas gift.Company events.Free parking.Opportunities for promotion.Paid training.Pay raise.Staff meals provided.Transportation service provided.Schedule:8 hour shift.Day shift.Monday to Friday.Supplemental Pay:13th month salary.Overtime pay.Education:Bachelor's (Preferred).Experience:Human Resources: 1 year (Preferred).Timekeeping: 1 year (Preferred).#J-18808-Ljbffr
