The successful person will report into our HR Shared Services Manager.Overall responsibility:Contract administration: ensure contracts and addendums are kept up to date with the local legislation and that all the required documents are requested.HR data: ensure employee data changes and absences are included in the HRIS system.Manage and keep track of staff movements: in terms of global mobility (contracts/tax with HR HQ). Keep relevant departments informed.Employee documentation compliance: perform documentation audits to ensure compliance with local practices/legislation.Long term service awards/other company initiatives: oversee and manage the local operations and communication.Support the mitigation of background screening reports.Respond to local authorities' requests: and support internal and external audits.Required Skills:Solid HR background with advisory experience in a fast paced, professional services or sales environment (Financial Services ideal but not essential).Highly responsive, organised and results oriented; meets deadlines.Excellent communicator with highly developed written and interpersonal skills in English; Spanish language will be considered a plus.Flexible, resourceful and highly adaptable.Works on own initiative, gets things done, team player.Ability to influence senior management; confident and able to gain credibility.#J-18808-Ljbffr
