HR Administrator - Human Resources Shared Services Location: Malaga Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home

As a result of phenomenal growth and ongoing expansion, we are looking for a HR Advisor to join the HR SSC team having responsibility for day to day HR operations globally. The successful person will report into our HR Shared Services Manager.
Overall responsibility: Contract administration: ensure contracts and addendums are kept up to date with the local legislation and that all the required documents are requested. HR data: ensure employee data changes and absences are included in the HRIS system. Manage and keep track of staff movements: in terms of global mobility (contracts/tax with HR HQ). Keep relevant departments informed. Employee documentation compliance: perform documentation audits to ensure compliance with local practices/legislation. Long term service awards/other company initiatives: oversee and manage the local operations and communication. Support the mitigation of background screening reports. Respond to local authorities' requests: and support internal and external audits. Required Skills: Solid HR background with advisory experience in a fast paced, professional services or sales environment (Financial Services ideal but not essential). Highly responsive, organised and results oriented; meets deadlines. Excellent communicator with highly developed written and interpersonal skills in English; Spanish language will be considered a plus. Flexible, resourceful and highly adaptable. Works on own initiative, gets things done, team player. Ability to influence senior management; confident and able to gain credibility.
