About the Role: We're looking for a passionate and skilled HR Professional to support Kapturall's growth and help maintain our reputation as a great place to work.
This is a part-time position (20 hours/week) where your contributions will directly shape our culture, team experience, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Onboarding: You will manage the full cycle of recruitment, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.
You will design and oversee smooth and welcoming onboarding experiences for new team members.Employee Journey Management: You will oversee key processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and feedback mechanisms.
You will serve as a go-to point of contact for employees, ensuring a positive and supportive experience throughout their time at Kapturall.Policy Development & Culture Building: You will create and implement HR policies and initiatives that reflect and promote our culture and values.
You will lead activities and programs that cultivate a positive, collaborative, and inspiring work environment.Performance Management: Design and implement a performance review process, ensuring it aligns with organizational goals and fosters employee development.
Provide guidance to managers on giving constructive feedback and coaching.HR Data & Insights: You will maintain accurate HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, retention, seniority) to support informed decision-making.
You will analyze HR data and suggest strategies to improve workplace performance and satisfaction.Employer Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote Kapturall's employer brand through social media, career events, and online platforms.
Develop strategies to position Kapturall as a preferred workplace for top talent.Training & Development: Identify training needs across the team and organize workshops, courses, or resources to address skill gaps.
Develop career development plans to support employees in their professional growth.Team Engagement: You will organize events, team-building activities, and initiatives to strengthen team cohesion and morale.
