Job Description: A. Benefits Administration
Ensures that benefits programs are properly communicated to employees.
Processes enrollment, updating, and/or deletion on Health Insurance and Life Insurance.
Coordinates benefits-related activities.
B. Performance Management
Coordinates with concerned managers in the collection, preparation, design, development, and/or distribution of performance reports.
Handles end-to-end performance management cycle and ensures the timely and accurate completion of performance appraisals (e.g., forms and templates, communications).
Helps in developing and updating the annual appraisal process and guidelines and managing the appraisal process across functions.
C. Talent Acquisition
Conducts end-to-end recruitment process to identify high-caliber talent for rank and file and supervisory positions who have both the required skills and the right attitude for the job.
Helps in planning, developing, and implementing creative talent acquisition strategies.
Builds the company's talent pool database for future manpower needs.
Updates the organizational chart based on positions closed.
D. Employee Relations
Manages the company's grievance process and serves as point of contact for related concerns including admin cases.
Assists in the implementation of the Code of Conduct.
E. General Office Management
Ensures that the office facilities and assets are monitored and are sufficient to suit current and future staff needs to enable smooth operations in all branches.
Helps in implementing office safety, health, and housekeeping policies.
Makes independent decisions on routine problems, referring serious or complicated situations to immediate superior.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology or any related course.
- Four or more years of demonstrated experience in the human resources field, with emphasis on employment, employee relations, benefits, compensation, and payroll.
- Must show strong initiative, exercise sound judgment, and take appropriate action when necessary; must have strong interpersonal skills.
- Must have intermediate PC skills to format reports, presentations, spreadsheets, graphics, and general word processing.
- Can work under pressure and minimal supervision.
- Must be able to communicate well both orally and in writing.
- Must be trustworthy, have good ethics, and self-discipline.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
Schedule: 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay: 13th month salaryOvertime pay
