The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of HR functions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment that encompasses three different companies. This role involves both onsite and remote work, offering flexibility and autonomy. You will work directly with our CEO, lead innovative HR initiatives, and leverage our core values to drive business success. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with our diverse leadership team to deliver tailored and effective solutions. Responsibilities: Lead onboarding activities for new hires, including orientation sessions, paperwork completion, and training schedules. Oversee employee benefits programs and serve as the primary point of contact for benefits-related inquiries. Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions. Provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Develop and implement HR policies and initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Champion company culture by organizing and promoting initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Manage employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions when necessary. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. Lead collaboration with the recruitment team to ensure a streamlined hiring process and efficient time to close. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR generalist role.
