We will wait for you!What will your duties be?Post offers, screening and selection of resumes.Active search and telephone interviews.Monitoring of the selection processes on the different job portals (LinkedIn...) providing fluid communication to candidates.Preparation of selection reports.Support in the onboarding of new employees.Support in administrative tasks in the management of the annual training plan, as well as in the different development programs.Workday: process all tasks in the HR ERP System to keep up to date.Maintain databases, tracking systems, reports, and various human resources documents.Resolution of basic HR queries from employees.Benefits policies, individually analyzing the benefits enjoyed by each employee to detect possible deviations.Management of registration and cancellation of employee benefits in consideration of established procedures.Management of invoices related to the HR department (e.g. payment of employee benefits, etc.).Support the administrative needs of the HR department processes.What we offer?Temporary position. Immediate incorporation part-time: 09:00 - 15:00.
