By joining Tidio as HubSpot Marketing Automation Manager, you will become a vital part of our international marketing team. With full ownership of automation, you will skyrocket our marketing operations! Working closely with our great Sales Ops, you will have a real impact on driving our growth.
As the HubSpot Automation Manager you will:

Design and build email nurturing campaigns to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
Continuously enrich data from external and internal sources like Clay, Apollo, our business ERP, or our website.
Develop and refine automation workflows, including lead scoring and segmentation, to improve targeting and personalization.
Ensure smooth and efficient lead assignment from marketing to sales representatives to optimize follow-up and conversion processes.
Maintain data integration and data hygiene to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our CRM data.
Create detailed reports to provide insights into key metrics.

You are a perfect fit if you have:

3-5 years of proven experience in B2B marketing automation, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
Deep proficiency with HubSpot - in designing, building, managing, and optimizing HubSpot Marketing campaigns.
Proficiency in campaign management, marketing, lead generation, and nurturing best practices.
Experience building scripts to personalize emails with content automation.
Experience developing multi-touch automation campaigns.
Top-notch analytical skills to measure and optimize marketing spend.
Fluent English (C1).
