Hublot Client Advisor - Eci Castellana

Job Purpose: Act as the ambassador of Hublot in-store and out-store, online and offline, working towards the success of the business through sales, events, and CRM activities.Description of Tasks:Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets by offering impeccable customer service, demonstrating empathy and in-depth product knowledge, as well as a genuine passion for human relationships.Handle after-sales service inquiries to ensure a quick and qualitative treatment of requests to generate client satisfaction.Perform required operational tasks to maintain the boutique environment including outside windows.Be a proactive user of CRM and clienteling practices and techniques.Perform opening and closing duties, inventory management, as well as reporting tasks.Minimum Requirements:Experience in the retail environment (luxury goods and/or hospitality) and in dealing with clients.Passion for the brand and watches in general.Fluency in Spanish and English.Very good knowledge of MS Office automation tools.Strong communication skills.Excellent sense of service.Flexibility and team spirit.Strong organizational skills.Strong interpersonal skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
