Description Job Role Overview: As Application Specialistyou apply strongapplication technology knowledge and expertise to any application activity within all IT process domains. You are strongly involved in all operational activities and contributes to various areas, from solution design, through testing, deployment, configuration and development to users' training.
As a Global Configurator Deployment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our product customization processes. Your responsibilities encompass both configuration governance and master data management.
Your Responsibilities Identify, propose, advise and implement existing IT application technology and IT solutions/services, sharing knowledge and –depending on seniority - guiding others on implementation and operation, using understanding of existing IT application technology and business requirements.Involved in the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of IT solutions/services where application knowledge is needed.Application and software design, in order to provide product solutions for specific business needsManage/ support the entire process of building applications, from the design process, to creating, testing and rolling out the applicationDesign a product solution in line with specifications given by Solution Architect, Application Manager and business usersImplement application and provide support services for usersProvide trainings for the business usersYour Experience: 2-3 years of experience in IT Applications Management and Service Delivery in multinational companiesExperience and ability to work with virtual delivery teams as well as distributed stakeholdersBachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering or business managementExperience in one or more coding languages (e.g. Javascript, C++, Python, Java. Specify the languages relevant to the role)Experience with development platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, Salesforce, Pega, Docker, Kubernetes. Specify the languages relevant to the role)Experience with functional domain where the application belongs to. (e.g. Finance, Engineering, Sales & Marketing.
