In REWE digital overall there are over 2,200 IT specialists who set standards for IT implementation in the retail industry and development of new technologies for the sector.REWE digital Spain is located in the Technological Park of Andalusia (PTA) in Malaga. As a team of 30 colleagues, we drive innovation for REWE digital in Germany. As the Hub Coach you will be a vital part to ensure successful product delivery from Spain by guiding the agile product development for two product teams. Both teams will be newly established at our location in Málaga. In this respect you will play a crucial role in forming agile performing team and lying the solid foundation for agile principles and values. Through your commitment, you will help the development teams to optimise cooperation and solve challenging tasks and develop complex portal and web applications:What you will do: Establish Agile Ecosystem : Guide the set-up of first product teams established in Spain. Make sure coherent teams are set up, who feel responsible and are able to deliver.Maintain connection to stakeholders and domain in Germany : Make sure teams are embedded into the domains and hold close relationships to key stakhleders (e.G. CPO, departments)Facilitate Agile Processes : Guide teams in Scrum or Kanban methodologies, ensuring appropriate use of Agile principles and practices.Enable Teams : Provide continuous enablement to teams, fostering a collaborative, self-organizing, and high-performing environment.Identify and Remove Impediments : Help teams identify and remove obstacles to increase productivity and efficiency.Promote Agile Mindset : Advocate for Agile values and principles across the organization, including prioritizing continuous improvement.Enhance Team Dynamics : Work on enhancing team cooperation, communication, and conflict resolution.Support Product Owners : Assist Product Owners with backlog grooming and user story definition to ensure clear and concise requirements.Facilitate Workshops and Training : Organize and conduct Agile workshops, training sessions, and retrospectives to foster team growth and development.Track Progress : Monitor team progress through metrics and reports to inform decision-making and drive improvements.Ensure Alignment : Ensure alignment with broader organizational goals and strategies while maintaining team autonomy.Foster a Save Enviroment : Create a safe and trusting atmosphere where team members feel empowered to voice opinions and take risks.What you will bring: Minimum 2-3 years of experience with Agile methods, ideally in international settings
