(Hu-076) - Technical Writer, Technical Information

Join Hiab's journey - to inspire and shape the future of intelligent load handling : We are looking for a Technical Writer/Illustrator to produce high-quality technical information that contributes to the overall success of our products.
You will work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the communication requirements.
Your main task will be to identify the need for technical information for our customers, where and how they should be published, and make them understandable with text and illustrations that meet applicable standards and are appropriate for its intended audience.
Main tasks and responsibilities Be part of the workflow for creating end-user documentation, product manuals, maintenance and repair instructions Illustrate procedures Design and structure the contents inside the CCMS (Component Content Management System) What you'll need to succeed Excellent English writing and grammar skills Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures Experience working with Adobe Illustrator or similar tools Good communication skills Team worker Ideally you have Orientation in Hiab products and control system Experience with 3D tools, XML, and CMS systems Knowledge about STE (Simplified Technical English) Technical information design/information technology or equivalent experience Working experience with technical information Interested to join?
