Join Hiab's journey - to inspire and shape the future of intelligent load handling: We are looking for a Technical Writer/Illustrator to produce high-quality technical information that contributes to the overall success of our products.
You will work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the communication requirements.
Your main task will be to identify the need for technical information for our customers, where and how they should be published, and make them understandable with text and illustrations that meet applicable standards and are appropriate for its intended audience.
Main tasks and responsibilitiesBe part of the workflow for creating end-user documentation, product manuals, maintenance and repair instructionsIllustrate proceduresDesign and structure the contents inside the CCMS (Component Content Management System)What you'll need to succeedExcellent English writing and grammar skillsAbility to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and picturesExperience working with Adobe Illustrator or similar toolsGood communication skillsTeam workerIdeally you haveOrientation in Hiab products and control systemExperience with 3D tools, XML, and CMS systemsKnowledge about STE (Simplified Technical English)Technical information design/information technology or equivalent experienceWorking experience with technical informationInterested to join?
