How to Contribute to Our VisionDrives and influences technology, technical value streams, or technical processes within own field of expertise according to strategic roadmap, impacting the business. Reporting to Platform Head and working in close cooperation with the Product Integration Team, he will be the technical authority and technical reference for the resolution of the issues coming from wind turbines fleet operation (including construction and commissioning phase).
Job DescriptionSupports the compliance with normative necessities as a codes and standards manager, procures and manages relevant codes and standards, provides them to the engineering organization and, if necessary, informs about changes.
Manages and coordinates the maintenance of procedures and work instructions for Engineering.Issues the requirements for change request management in the projects and provides if necessary suitable methods.Provides procedural support for the engineering organization at e.g.:Creation of quality notificationsProvision, maintenance, and evaluation of processes (e.g. NCR, CAPA), together with the Quality organizationPlanning and execution of design reviews in cooperation with the QMiPPlanning and execution of internal projects (e.g. lean) or events (e.g. CAPA)ISO 9000 certifications; Quality audits; supplier qualifications.May actively execute or initiate internal quality measures (e.g. formal checks of databases or documentations).Additional Job DescriptionCoordinate activities related to Quality engineering, action planning, control of results, quality of processes and final product, definition of documentation and maintenance, monitoring of Quality KPIs.
Manage the activities of the team of inspectors, planning the results to be achieved, guaranteeing compliance with inspections, process standards, customer feedback, final product, as well as the establishment of containment and corrective actions on the incidents found.Guarantee the analysis and solution of the non-conformities found in Clients that involve the plant assembly processes, containment actions and follow-up.Guarantee the analysis of the internal non-conformities of the plant involving the departments responsible for the definition and execution of the referred processes.Coordinate repair activities, guaranteeing the control of actions, costs, locking and unlocking of components, as well as repair time management in a way that reduces the impact on Quality and Productivity of the assembly line.Guarantee the use of up-to-date reference documentation of the activities.Guarantee the updating of documents in the Quality use systems (SAP, PLM, SharePoint, Captor, etc.).Information feedback, internal communication of Quality requirements, Clients, and interested parties.Analyze periodic results and promote the continuous improvement of processes, solution of problems and incidents of assembly of products in the plant.Contact and interaction with the areas of Construction, Services, Corporate and External Projects to the plant.Development and validation of new products, changes, suppliers and machine prototypes in the plant.Management of non-quality costs in the plant, occurrence of non-conformities, analysis of deviations, Pareto diagrams and planning of containment, correction and monitoring actions.Participate in the definition and review of area processes and systems, proposing alternative improvements in the execution of processes, product definition and internal methods with the aim of improving their efficiency and transparency.In Return of Your Commitment, We Offer YouBecome a part of our mission for sustainability: Clean energy for generations to come.
