We are looking for a Data & Insight Analyst to be part of our Customer Journey Analytics Team.

The Role The Data & Insights Analyst plays a critical role in leveraging data to provide strategic insights, supporting decision-making processes and driving continuous improvement within the Customer Journey Analytics team.
What you'll do Provide Reports and Ad-Hoc analysis on customer data sales such as monthly KPIs, markets performance, campaign pre and post analysis, channels and products performance.
Analyze complex issues and be able to significantly improve, change or adapt existing methods and techniques according to business needs (from different functions: Finance, CRM, Coffee, Retail, Consumer...).
Build and share with CRM team (markets and HQ) insights and recommendations based on customer centric activities.
Be responsible for guiding and supporting Markets and Zones with business decisions.
Minimum Qualifications Min 2 years hands-on experience in Data Analytics / Business Analytics / CRM / Reporting, including experience in data mining related activities.
Able to query databases and other information sources independently.
Excellent knowledge of at least one reporting / data mining tool: SQL, Snowflake, KNIME, Power BI.
Excellent Analytical Skills.
Bonus points if you Have experience in reporting, retention activities, statistical modelling, digital analytics.
International exposure or experience in working with international teams.
