Position: Events Project Manager Location: Barcelona, Spain Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary incentives.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain all project documents organized and up-to-date for easy reference.
Identify and address potential risks to keep projects on track and minimize disruptions.
Define Project Goals with stakeholders to outline project scopes, objectives, and ensure technical feasibility.
Ensure the right resources are available and allocated effectively throughout the project.
Regularly update event project plans and adjust timelines to reflect key work streams.
Act as the primary contact for stakeholders, ensuring project milestones are met.
Maintain an up-to-date project tracker, incorporating feedback and prioritizing new requests.
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate event logistics, staffing, and summit planning.
Develop internal messages and presentations, collaborating with communications teams to share important updates with the right audiences.
REQUIREMENTS: Native/ Fluent in English (at least C1 level), both written and spoken.
At least 5 years of experience in project management.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience in relevant field.
Experience in planning, organizing, and executing events.
Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and lead projects.
Experience working with diverse, geographically spread-out teams and stakeholders.
Ability to design and manage efficient, scalable processes.
Strong independent problem-solving skills.
Excellent people skills with a focus on professionalism and integrity.
Proficient in essential computer applications and general IT tools.
