HSS Manager (Health Safety & Sustainability)40 hours (m/w/d)The Motherson Group is one of the 15 largest full system solutions providers to the global automotive industry, serving multiple further industries, such as rolling stock, aerospace, medical, IT, and logistics, with over 190,000 employees across 44 countries worldwide.What you'll doIdentify & manage (HSS) risk assessment and program in the PlantEnsure compliance with applicable legal & Group mandatory requirements, and liaise with local regulatory bodies as requiredElaborate a mid-term and (bi)-annual HSS Programs and action plan for the plantCarry out guides and coach accident/incident investigations and communicate Lessons LearntIdentify HSS training needs in the plant and drive audits, coaching, and trainingEnsure monthly reporting of key indicators (accidents, environmental data, fire safety, etc.)Actively contribute to MSAS HSS networkSet, promote, and control the plant's neutrality plan, in accordance with the group/business division strategic plan for CO2 neutralityLead the Sustainability related data gathering and consolidation for the EGS/CSR reportingWhat we offerA pleasant working atmosphere, with good career opportunities.Build knowledge with exciting and varied assignments.We show our commitment to our people via the following values: Interest for each other, Togetherness, Trust, Respect, Enthusiasm.What we are looking forMaster's degree - HSE, Ergonomics or equivalent experienceKnowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 and other relevant standardsMinimum 5 years in a similar position, with problem solving and change management experience
