HSE Supervisor – Solar/PV Castile and León, Spain - €35,000 to €45,000 Benefits . We're searching for an ambitious HSE Supervisor in Spain, who would enjoy the challenge of working on some of the largest Solar plants in the country. This role will see you supporting the Site Managers to ensure all HSE roles, responsibilities and risks are handled throughout the construction projects. As HSE Supervisor, you will: Support the Site Managers by ensuring a clear understanding of HSE roles, responsibilities and risks. Conduct accident/incident investigations, producing detailed reports with findings, root causes and recommendations, and communicating procedures to the team. Work with the team to identify risks and hazards, ensuring they are included in the emergency plan and risk assessments. Advise the team on HSE and contribute to the development of subcontractor safety procedures, specifications and plans. Conduct HSE inspections, review training and ensure compliance with safety regulations, including specific training on high risk activities such as excavation and working at height. . Key Skills: Master's degree in Health and Safety with Degree in Industrial/Civil Technical Engineering or related. At least 1 year of experience in photovoltaic plants and team management. Knowledge and experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards is a plus. Medium-high level of English. . Benefits: Competitive Salary between €35,000 to €45,000.
