Hse Manager

About us We are seeking an experienced and motivated HSE Manager to join our team.
As HSE Manager under supervision of the Site Manager, will be responsible lead and manage health, safety, and environmental (HSE) initiatives to ensure compliance, promote a culture of safety, and minimize risks across our operations.
Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with local regulations and industry best practices.
Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
Deliver safety training programs and workshops to employees and contractors.
Investigate incidents and near-misses, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
Lead emergency preparedness and response planning efforts.
Maintain HSE records and prepare regular reports for management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
Qualifications: Degree or engineering in Chemistry.
Master in prevention of occupational risks.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HSE management role, preferably in chemistry industries.
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards (e.G., OSHA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, SEVESO, ECOVADIS).
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
High level in English.
