.HSE Coordinator (m/f/d)REQUISITION ID: 5651LOCATION: Tajonar, ES, 31192DEPARTMENT: HSEQFUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIESHandle documents creation, review and maintenance of the EPC-PM-HSE Management System. Responsible for creation and update of specific supervision forms (Check Lists maneuvers, HSE Instruction, H&S Plan, etc.). Definition of the training content for the HSE NX teams (Internal or acting under NX name) on site for all EPC-PM related activities.Interface with Engineering or Technical Department for HSE aspects (design or documental Issues) via the NCR system in the Committees (WF & CT). Responsible for performing follow-up to Engineering Department to change the design/products due to Project's Lessons Learned for GLF.Responsible for setting up HSE data collection methods in PM/EPC (dashboard, weekly report, etc.).Responsible for global action planning creation (using monthly data from projects) to be followed in each one (i.E.: Strategic subcontractors task forces).Responsible to compile HSE Lessons Learned from the Projects and share with Divisions.Lead/assist/mentor improvement projects; Culture, IT tools, Global HSE Processes, Global HSE Documentation and records.Safety Alert & Notification: Document elaboration, supported by Engineering & Legal department.Report at Global Lead Function level.Support the Division to ensure PPE availability, revision and training for Global NX employees on site.Define a standardized list of certificates, trainings needed, etc., for the HSE NX teams (internal or acting under NX name) for all GLF related activities.HSE Country Manager Support:Support to the HSE Country Managers to ensure that all activities developed in the country by Nordex and their contractors are carried out in a safe way, with maximum respect to the environment, complying with all Health, Safety and Environmental EPC-PM Standards.Support to comply with a safe working environment in accordance with the Global Lead Function specific Management System and with Customers' requirements.Support in the creation of HSE contractual package (Exhibit, HSE Agreement, H&S Plan, Environmental Plan, Documental Requirements Matrix, etc.), sharing EPC-PM templates.Participate in the weekly meetings with the Projects HSE Team.Support in the identification of HSE services and resources needed on the Projects taking into account our expertise.Support in the tendering phase: Reviewing the Clients Requirements and all technical documentation in relation to the HSE Contracts and Tender Questions.Client sales meeting support - Selling Safety.Support to define the HSE materials (PPEs) for the activities according to risk assessment.Support on the Incidents & Accidents Investigations (Technical & Process expertise).Assist with investigations and lessons learned.Support the Countries to report using EPC-PM specific templates.Participate as requested, in audits performed by Country HSE Managers
