Developing action plans and preventive measures, and driving the implementation of HSE standards of the Nordex Group Management System in Blades.
YOUR TASKS HSE Global Being focal point for HSE activities across all Nordex Blades plants and third parties.
Supporting on new industrialization projects and developments.
Creating and updating specific HSE documents and following-up the implementation.
Handling the different projects within Blades unit for the definition, transformation, standardization and optimization of HSE requirements and strategies.
Leading the data collection methods in Blades regarding HSE parameters and reports.
Assessing and approving Hazardous Materials and leading plans to eliminate products from HazMats Black list.
Maintaining HSE Management System.
HSE Country Support Supporting Nordex Blades HSE local teams in the implementation of HSE requirements and activities.
Following-up of implementation of HSE activities in each Nordex Blades plant.
Being HSE focal point of contact for third parties (Blades suppliers) and participating in meetings to discuss progressions and issues related to HSE.
Supporting international Blades third parties in the HSE-relevant topics for the manufacturing of Nordex Blades (e.g.
safety of machinery, HSE agreement).
Supervising, controlling and auditing Nordex Blades plants and international third parties to ensure they comply with local HSE requirements and Nordex HSE policy.
YOUR PROFILE University degree (Engineering or similar technical degree) with Health and Safety Advisor Training.
High English Level.
Desirable at least 2 years of experience in the role of Health, Safety and Environment specialist.
Experienced in using business systems and competence in Excel/PowerPoint/SharePoint.
