As HSE Conformance Audits Manager, you'll:
Oversee HSE Audits Program execution for internal locations, act as subject matter expert and key driver for HSE Audits, improvements and initiatives.
Oversee and contribute to HSE Audits Program requirements.
Ensure legal compliance with respect to the Audits Program.
Lead the Global HSE Audits on internal sites, providing coordination, support and guidance to all Sandoz operations worldwide.
Promote a positive HSE Culture with influence across all levels of the organization.
This includes governance of the HSE Audits Program framework, controls and reporting, HSE audit of internal networks and HSE related aspects to comply with legal, regulatory country specific requirements and internal standards.
Your responsibilities will include: Collaborate with Sandoz HSE Leadership teams and major stakeholders to assess organizational needs and develop an aligned global health, safety and environment strategy to manage Audits Program risk, ensure compliance, prevent incidents and deliver industry-leading safety performance.Aligned with this strategy, develop, plan and drive implementation of appropriate policies and programs to reduce current and future HSE Audits Program related risks and liabilities.Act as subject matter expert on HSE Audits Program topics and programs as required.Guide site leadership on compliance requirements internally and externally.Advise the HSE business partners.Leverage subject matter experts and other resources to deliver the required results and quality of support.Influence leaders and associates to embed the Audits Program in the Sandoz culture.Facilitate the definition of the Audits Program and related KPIs, monitor performance for audit follow up and ensure accurate reporting of relevant data.Lead HSE Audits assurance work, which includes execution of internal conformance, leading external legal compliance audits and the subject matter experts if part of the audits.Ensure relevant Supplier Audits Program training is provided by the most efficient and effective means to the HSE community in accordance with identified training needs.Establish a strong and effective network and connection with Business Partners and HSE networks.Provide ongoing coaching and support to HSE leaders worldwide.Curious to deploy new ideas and to use new innovative digital tools and platforms for providing Supplier Audits Program direction.What you'll bring to the role: University degree (min.
Masters degree, or equivalent), ideally in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Engineering or a related field.Fluent English, additional languages preferred.6+ years of proven experience in HSE Audits Program domain.Solid program management experience including budget, senior management reporting and working in matrix teams.Solid experience in strategy definition and enterprise program management.Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively, managing diverse partners with a high level of personal credibility.Supplier Audits Program management, Governance and stakeholder Management, Influencing & persuading.Managing ambiguity and optimism.Innovation and curiosity.High emotional intelligence.A leadership style that is inclusive, proactive, respectful, change agile, innovative/creative, and achieves results with a strong customer service focus.Business Mindset, Stakeholder Engagement, Managing Change, Vision & Purpose, Organizational Savvy.Why Sandoz?
