Your responsibilities will include:Assessing HSE criteria for all new projectsWorking in a multifunctional team to manage the projectsOverseeing the project management office for the construction worksProvide HSE guidance during the design of User Requirements Specifications and during change management activitiesInform, train and share best practices to all associatesManage HSE risk assessment for all jobsPromoting and integrating prevention as key feature in the projectLead the investigation on accidents and follow-up on action plansControl and follow-up on CAPA, HSE KPIs. Promote HSE net tools useParticipate in planning for preventive initiatives, work permissions and self-protection plansBeing part of the company's Health protection serviceWhat you'll need to bring to the role:University degree, preferably scientific or technicalMaster in Health & Safety is mandatory2 years experience in industrial HSE roles with strong focus on safety, or consultingFluent English & SpanishKnowledge of the pharma industryEnvironmental management expertiseProject management skillsWhy Sandoz?
