Join us and help drive innovation and sustainability in our projects.PurposeLeads and educates others providing Assurance support to deliver successful outcomes on projects.ResponsibilitiesProvides Assurance insight and advice to successfully set up and mobilize projects and deliver the assurance project execution plan requirements throughout the life of the project, escalating any risks to the Project Manager and Assurance Manager.Assists with implementation of assurance, R3 and sustainability plans, processes, programs and tools with local offices and their distributed workforce members, and projects, supporting preventive action management processes and corrective actions, including coordinating local campaigns delivering training on assurance programs, systems and associated business processes as required.Monitors local emerging risks and facilitates risk and learning discussions to innovate and create proactive value solutions for projects. Challenges and influences internal and external stakeholders to apply human performance and bold ways of working, including facilitating micro experiments in projects.Supports the maintenance of ISO standards/certification as needed. Conducts event investigations and lessons learned workshops as needed.What you will bringMandatory RequirementsUniversity Degree, or equivalent, in related field or applicable discipline.Typically 8+ years relevant experience.Exposure to a complex, matrix global organization is desirable but not required.Has an outward orientation, understands how the business works.Is curious and empathic, developing trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Researches and breaks down information, identifies interrelationships and provides relevant insights based on evidence and assumptions.Strong understanding of systems, processes and tools related to the field. Able to assist others and troubleshoot issues
