PepsiCo Iberia has been recognized as "Top Employers" for 5 years in a row and recently as "Best Place to Work".We are currently looking for a HS Specialist for our factory in Burgos to carry out the following tasks:Implementation, training and maintenance of Pepsico GEHMS management system based in ISO 14.000 and 45.000.HS top GEMBA inspectorHS SETEHS standards duty holder / owner and site DH supporterAssure completion of hs legal requirements calendar.SWE calibration and internal audits full capable auditor.ResponsibilitiesGEHSMS SYSTEMDefine and implent gehms standars under EHS department scopeSupport, train and implement within duty holders of other departaments for the correct implementation of gehsms standars under their scopeDefend calibration audits and certification system audits.Participate in calibration audits in SWE region.LEGAL REQUIREMENTSRecord and follow up of EHS legal requirements planSupport Maintenance department for the legal compliance of Industrial Safety requirementsQualificationsAble to provide Environmental Protection, Health & Safety Functional Leadership at sile level to ensure compliance to PepsiCo EHS standards and legal requirements as a minimumEnvironmental, Health & Safety Management skills required for implementation, audit and governance of legal and corporate standards plus investigation, risk assessment, legal knowledgeFunctional technical and operational knowledge of juice manufacturing technology to enable pragmatic and effective solutions to be found to promote business efficiency, not restrict it.Technical knowledge and skills to high level of proficiency over a wide range of EHS technical competencesTrainning in ISO for EHS management 14001/ISO45001Ability to create actionable plans and deliver against required timelinesEffective decision making abilitiesHave attention to detail, follow-up, and excellent organizational skills.Good written and oral communication ski lls plus numeracyHigh integrity, with personal commitment the importance of employee health and safety and environmental responsibilities for PepsicoOrganiation skills, ability to handle multiple work streams.#J-18808-Ljbffr
