It's an exciting time to join LOEWE as we go through a period of rapid growth and transformation in our network.
Reporting to the EMEA Head of Retail Excellence & Operations, you will play a key role in helping define and execute the rollout of a roadmap of initiatives all aimed at making the operations and performance of our store network more efficient and more consistent.
You will work with the market operations teams & across departments in HQ to manage a diverse range of projects.
Responsibilities: Drive continuous improvement of retail processes, systems, and capabilities.Constantly review all processes and procedures to reduce complexity and improve productivity at store level.Ensure consistent operational procedures across the region and proactively identify opportunities to optimize Back of House activities.Own the Retail Operations Roadmap - work closely with the market operation's leads to continuously build and execute said Roadmap. Communicate updates regularly to the global team.Drive the development of the omnichannel activities in the region, rolling out new functionalities and ensuring its functioning up to the highest standards.Partner with the Retail Training team to ensure full training materials for all projects/process changes.Support the update/redefinition of in-store procedures to align with the rollout of new launches in-store (ex: new IT tools, Digital services, new categories introduced in-store).Collaborate with the global team on updating the Store Handbook - to reflect new procedures & policy changes.Manage the rollout & usage of support assets (ex: uniforms, special packaging) into the store network.Support the rollout of workshops on key topics from back of house management to tech & tool reviews in the retail network.Be a key stakeholder in the definition & implementation of the Retail Tech roadmap, working closely with IT.Provide support and guidance to store teams on ad hoc process queries. Your profile - what we are looking for: 5+ years retail operations experience a must.English is a must. Spanish is a plus.Proactive and curious.Process-oriented.Strong time management skills and ability to handle and prioritize multiple requests.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, as well as interface and manage external partners and vendors.Strong attention to detail and quality of execution.Comfortable working under pressure.A team player, but can work independently.
