Fundación Investigación Biomédica del Hospital de la PrincesaThe Fundación de Investigación Biomédica del Hospital Universitario de la Princesa is announcing a position for a Research Associate in the Research Area of the Immunology Service under the direction of Dr. Francisco Sánchez Madrid.REQUIREMENTSEDUCATION: Degree in Biotechnology with a PhD in Molecular Biosciences.EXPERIENCE:12-color flow cytometry experience.Experience with cell cultures (mouse and human primary cells).Handling patient samples and databases.At least four years of research experience in the field of immunology.OTHER:Completed courses in statistics and flow cytometry.Experience with ELISPOT, ELISAs, qPCR, and western blot.Proficiency in data analysis software for cytometry (e.g., FlowJo, Infinicyt) and statistical analysis software (e.g., Stata, SPSS, R).Publications as the first author in international journals.Attendance at national and international conferences.Participation in educational innovation projects.High-level proficiency in English.RESPONSIBILITIES• Study of lymphocyte subpopulations, chemokine receptors, and exhaustion molecules in T lymphocytes from patients with persistent COVID-19 and individuals with COVID-19 without sequelae.
