Job Purpose: The successful candidate will be the key driver of the execution of the partnership strategy set by the HR & Payroll Practice, including driving the contracting and procurement activities as well as ensuring stakeholder awareness and buy in. The Partner Solution Architect will also feel the pulse of the market when it comes to HR & Payroll strategies as well as partnership trends and make recommendations to the HRP Practice enhance the roadmap for business augmentation, through complementary partnerships.
Key Responsibilities: Identifying and surfacing opportunities based on current market trends and the broader economical context of the industry.Raising awareness to internal and external stakeholders about evolutions in the partner ecosystem and maintaining an open two-way communication.Be a transformer, create high satisfaction through the quality of work and insights provided.Lead the end to end contractual negotiation and execution of partner agreements within the framework defined by the HRP Practice, culminating in the full execution of the partnership agreements.Regularly reporting on the progress of the different initiatives, while keeping the ultimate HRP Practice vision in mind.Define and drive the execution of the internal and external communication strategy to raise awareness about new partnership developments and how these can complement existing business proposals.Work simultaneously with other business units to ensure complete collaboration and cooperation across the HR and Payroll service line.Reporting on progress, raising awareness regarding potential roadblocks and making suggestions to overcome these.Key Qualifications: Experience working with external partners and managing partner relations.Understand partnership models and make recommendations regarding most appropriate model in each scenario (e.g. whitelabeling, reseller, referral, etc.).Strong English language written and verbal skills, with proficiency in a second foreign language a plus.Excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.Ability to adapt to an evolving environment.Motivated self-starter who has the ability to take on initiatives with little management oversight.Transformational experience, ensuring benefits are realized.Ability to communicate effectively with senior personnel, both internally, and with existing and prospective clients.Skills and Knowledge: Achieving deliverables as determined by the HRP Practice.Managing timelines for execution proactively and independently.Demonstrated success as a leader, manager and team player.Dependable, consistent performer, with a positive attitude, and an ability to listen and work collaboratively across an organization.Organized and detail oriented.Self-motivated, results oriented, and driven with the ability to meet deadlines.High personal standards and integrity.Candidate must be open to the opportunity for periodic travel, including internationally.What's in it for you?
