Minimum Requirements: BS Graduate, preferably in Psychology or Human Resource Management At least 1 year of experience in Recruitment Ability to deal with highly confidential matters Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders High level of compliance and reporting Ability to organize and guide other employees with recruitment concerns Willingness to travel and be assigned to other covered areas of NWTF Detail-oriented with excellent customer interaction skills Willingness to travel anywhere in Mindanao Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
