Excellent opportunity to join this dynamic and growing HRIS team in this newly created position: HRIS Reporting & Insights Sr. Analyst / Lead
Key Responsibilities:Enhance and execute Arxada´s HR analytics, reporting and insights roadmapProvide aggregated HR KPIs and insights to senior managementContribute HR content to Arxada's company reportingDefine and advance reporting landscape around Arxada's Workday analytics and reporting strategyCreate new ways of presenting HR data within the HR community and stakeholdersTraining of stakeholders in using available data, dashboards and reports to 'democratize' HR data and insightsContinually develop new models and methods for evaluating existing data or correlating new data to existing materialsBe the "go-to" source internally for positioning, advanced HR data analysis, and messaging/new thinking driven from that analysisProactively plan for development of new methodologies for how HR measures success, through appropriate research partnershipsEngage with internal customers in a consultative capacity to uncover and understand the impact of HR data on achievement of key business goals including, but not limited to, engagement, retention, performance, productivity, quality and safetyCollaborate with team members and others within the organization to ensure latest and most relevant industry findings and customer results are presented in an educational, and appealing wayWork in partnership and develop strong partnerships with internal IT and Finance cross-functional teamsKey Requirements:Bachelor's degree requiredMinimum 3 years of hands-on Workday Report Writing experience, along with extensive understanding of Workday business processes and functional areas in Workday (HCM, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Compensation, Time Tracking and Absence)Integrations experience a plusHR Operations or HRIS Analyst experience preferredExperience with 1 or more Workday implementations on a global scaleAbility to show strong HR functional knowledge with technical expertise to maintain system efficienciesExperience with Design, prototype, E2E, UAT testing and deployment of enhancementsManage Reporting Change Requests, maintenance items and fixesStrong leadership and ability to engage effectively with different levels of the organizationExpertise in Workday reporting, analytics and Prism functionalityWorkday Pro reporting accreditation desiredWorkday Studio Knowledge a plusAbility to bring strong personal impact with a global and solution-oriented mindsetExpert level of proficiency with Office 365 suiteAbility to translate functional requirements to technical specifications and vice-versa
