The People Technology and Project Management trainee will assist in supporting the HR team. This role involves contributing to projects and managing them, following direction, and aiding in the evaluation of systems to support the Human Resources department's short and long-term goals. The trainee will collaborate with various levels of the People & Culture Human Resources organization globally and gain exposure to senior leadership.
Responsibilities include:
Helping to identify system gaps.
Contributing to the development of system roadmaps.
Supporting system efficiencies.
Participating in the evaluation of potential upgrades or new software solutions.
Learning about the process of selecting effective and efficient vendors.
Supporting the People Technology global team.
Assisting in the development and support of the People Technology strategy for the organization.
Fostering trust and building relationships with key stakeholders.
Engaging with leadership to support innovative ideas and business priorities.
Supporting the HR Process Technology teams; taking on assigned tasks, seeking guidance on complex issues, and contributing to team efforts.
Collaborating in several projects in which the People & Technology team is involved, offering management and collaboration on various technology-related human resources projects.
Understanding the business needs and assisting the team in finding solutions that enhance the employee experience and meet business objectives.
Working with the team to identify areas for improvement and ensure effective use and management of data.
Collaborating with IT and external partners to support the rollout of functionalities and ensure systems align with business needs.
Learning about the HR Operating model to support future systems enhancements and People Operations teams.
Assisting in troubleshooting and resolving People Technology system issues.
Contributing to managing a feature list and product roadmap.
Helping document and maintain People Technology procedures, user documentation, system updates, and maintenance.
Requirements:
Being enrolled in a school program to be eligible for the internship.
Being fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Having a good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, at a medium-high level.
Being motivated to start an exciting journey for at least six months.
Being eligible to work in Spain (either an EU citizen or a non-EU citizen enrolled in a school program in Spain).
