Hris Program Manager

Join a global multi-brand e-commerce organisation that currently has a centralized workforce management function to help them establish HR teams and HR tooling for each of their individual brands. This is a de-merge of a centralized HR department.Key skills required and responsibilitiesExperience of overseeing HRIS design, (technical) implementation and rollout as a programme manager or project managerLead the configuration of the new HRIS to meet the individual brand's needsDevelop and implement change management strategiesAt least 7 years experience in programme/project management within design and rollout of HRIS systems across multiple regionsExperience with multiple HRIS systems such as Workday and ideally mid-market SaaS systems (the company is currently in an RFP process to select a replacement for Workday)Experience of working with multiple senior stakeholders and/or private equity company stakeholders would be advantageousStart: December 2024, latest 2025Location: Remote with occasional travel in EuropeLanguage: Fluent EnglishDarwin Recruitment is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.Lucy Leverett
