What you will do
Daily Run Management:
Act as the main point of contact for local HR teams located in 7 countries, addressing and managing their requests promptly.
Provide excellent customer service to internal HR teams, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their queries and concerns.
Conduct data quality reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency within the system. Proactively identify and address data discrepancies, working closely with relevant stakeholders to implement corrective measures.
Perform data loads at the request of local or central stakeholders, ensuring data integrity throughout the process.
Continuous development & Change Management:
Coordinate the local HR teams during HR campaigns.
Deliver one-off training courses for local HR teams.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to enhance service delivery.
What we are looking for:
Previous experience with Workday.
Knowledge of HR processes.
Strong active listening skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong verbal and written English skills (C1-C2 proficiency level).
