They are looking for a Senior Functional Consultant/HRIS Solution Implementation Consultant to join their great team in the center of Barcelona.
It's an exciting role in a fun and dynamic company with a great culture and strong leadership from SAP, on course for the next big thing.
You will be involved in driving discovery and design sessions with the customer's Human Resources team to understand their needs and act as a functional consultant in HR implementation projects.
Responsibilities: Drive discovery and design sessions with the customer's HR team.
Act as a functional consultant in HR implementation projects.
Qualifications: 5+ years of experience working as a consultant with external clients.
Experience in working with Talent/recruitment solutions.
Fluent in English.
They are offering a salary of up to €80,000 + 10% bonus + great benefits.
Work location is hybrid, with the option to work from home 3 times a week.
