HRIS AnalystBarcelona, SpainThe HRIS Analyst is responsible for the management, configuration, and optimization of the Oracle Cloud Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This role requires a blend of HR knowledge, technical expertise, and analytical skills to ensure that HR processes are effectively supported by the Oracle system. The analyst will collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to maintain the system's integrity, develop reports, troubleshoot issues, and support in implementing system enhancements. Experience with other HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or PeopleSoft is considered equivalent.Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Configuration & MaintenanceConfigure and maintain Oracle HRIS mainly related to Core HR, Recruitment, and Talent Management.Ensure data integrity by regularly auditing and validating HRIS data.Support in managing user roles, permissions, and security settings within the Oracle system.System Support & TroubleshootingProvide first-line support to HR users, resolving issues related to system functionality, data accuracy, and report generation.Liaise with the Application Managed Services Outsourcing party to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.Reporting & AnalyticsDesign and generate custom reports and dashboards to support HR operations, compliance, and strategic decision-making.Analyze HR data to identify trends, metrics, and insights that drive organizational performance.System Enhancements & UpgradesParticipate in the planning, testing, and implementation of system updates.Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify opportunities for process improvements through system enhancements.User DocumentationMaintain user guides, training materials, and documentation for HRIS processes and procedures.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.3-5 years of experience working with HRIS platforms, preferably Oracle HCM Cloud, but experience with systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or PeopleSoft is highly transferable.Experience with system configuration, system support, and data analysis.Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud.Experience with PeopleSoft HRMS is a plus.Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, and other data analysis tools.Familiarity with HRIS reporting tools such as Oracle OTBI, BI Publisher, or similar.
