Job Description Summary: Based in San Agustin, Madrid, this position is responsible for providing a highly professional level of generalist HR support in Iberia and strategy execution with focus on our Commercial Organization. The HRBP will report to the Associate Director HR Iberia and will work closely with our HR Shared Service Centre (ASC), other Manufacturing HR Business Partners, and the Centre of Excellence (CoE) colleagues to ensure a great associate and managers' experience. The purpose of this role is to partner with the relevant management teams within the businesses to develop and implement predominantly medium to long-term people solutions aligned to the business strategy.The role also involves assisting with more complex or sensitive day-to-day people issues. The HR Business Partner acts as a point of contact within the business for all people-related issues and is a people champion ensuring that our associates are always high on the business agenda. As a member of the EMEA HR Community, the role also contributes and drives regional initiatives as well as collaborates on the design, development, introduction, and/or integration of HR processes, practices, programs, and initiatives that contribute to individual and company success.RESPONSIBILITIESOrganizational Effectiveness & Development- Aligned to the functional and HR Strategy and KDG's, provides HR business partnering support for managers to identify and resolve business needs, implement organizational plans, and build key capabilities required to achieve business objectives.- Acts as the trusted advisor of client leaders to support them in carrying out their business and functional plans.- Coaching and influencing managers from a people perspective, developing their people management/leadership skills and constructively fostering appropriate behaviors, actions, and leadership values.- Change Management & Associate Engagement: Proactive communication of change, strategic plans and goals, implementation of change initiatives, facilitation of workshops, and helping functions adaption and engagement.- Demonstrates deep understanding of client market spaces including external talent trends, culture, reward systems, and organization models.Talent Management & Acquisition- Identifies opportunities to support managers to fill competency gaps and through talent acquisition and talent development.- Partners across BD with Talent Management and Talent Acquisition teams to align top talent to highest priorities while ensuring inclusion and diversity outcomes.- Be the talent advisor, facilitator, and champion. Support talent reviews and follow through on development actions to ensure strong succession pipelines for critical roles.- When appropriate participates on the interview team and effectively counsels hiring managers in the selection process.- Acts as advisor/approver for select job changes initiated by managers.Compensation & Benefits- Provides consultative guidance for compensation and facilitate appropriate compensation reviews.- Works with the management teams and Total Rewards function during the annual Compensation Planning time to ensure alignment of rewards to performance.- Provides consultation and benchmarking insights for job offers based on business needs.- Reviews periodic compensation reports to check for compensation changes and follow-up with leaders as required.Associate Engagement & Relations- Guides managers for all employee relations and poor performance issues including improvement plans and associate separation strategy.- Looks for trends and root causes as opportunities to improve organizational/team and associate satisfaction. Tracks claims & charges and measures improvement.- Actively uses data and metrics to drive client engagement and drive accountability for outcomes both with client and the HR organization.- Monitors and addresses attrition and retention proactively and works to understand leading and lagging indicators for observed trends.- Manages severance for group separations in partnership ASC, Legal, etc.HR Function effectiveness- Is the face of HR to the client groups and lives 'one HR' every day to enable a more holistic HR support and better business outcomes.- Partners with the ASC and CoE to consistently meet associates and managers' needs, understand trends, and discuss escalated items.- Coaches managers and associates to utilize and manage their workforce through Workday.- Partners with COEs to design, develop and deploy updated processes or changes.- Partners with ASC to ensure a consistent HR service delivery across Iberia.- Responsible for other duties as assigned.EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION- BS/BA degree in HR Management or related field required.- Advanced degree (MBA/ Masters in HR or equivalent) and/or Coaching certification is a plus.- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in HR roles that required change management.
