This time, we're looking for a new adventure partner to join the HR team at our Headquarters!What do we need?The HRBP is a strategic role of the human resources area. It acts like a single point of contact for our employees; in this case hotel staff and helps them achieve their business goals; gives immediate and instant feedback on all processes, procedures, and initiatives.What will you do with us?Carry out recruitment processes for our hotels around Europe: publication of offers, CV screening, interviews, and documentation management.Assist with the onboarding and offboarding processes.Manage contact with educational institutions to sign internship agreements.Visit our hotels around Europe, creating greater proximity between the hotels and the headquarters.Collaborate on negotiations with suppliers to obtain better economic benefits for the company.Follow up with employees to contribute to continuous improvement.Help build employee productivity, including performance evaluations and employee benefits.Collaborate on Health and Safety (PRL) and Contractor Management (CAE) matters.Participate in the creation of Team Building activities.What are we actually looking for?You need to be a real Roomie, meaning to be fun and brave, committed to your colleagues, and passionate about your job.Previous experience in HR as a generalist, specifically in recruitment, is important.If you come from the hotel sector, that's a plus!English is a must; we act locally but think globally!The position will be based in Madrid, but the person will travel a few times a year.What do we offer?Permanent contract from the very beginning; we bet on people!Extra time off: one week more a year, the day of your birthday, and one month off if you have a newborn!Flexibility!
