The objective of this assignment is to provide an entry-level graduate experience related to the HR Business Partner role.
During this assignment, the person will acquire practical, hands-on experience, supporting a varying range of organizational and human resources-related themes, from talent management and labor relations to organizational projects.
You will participate and contribute to the execution of the HR agenda at the Cartagena site.

This internship will provide you with real work experience in a multinational company and the opportunity to expand knowledge, theoretical insights, and skills through interaction with several departments and people with different backgrounds.

The direct team consists of Service Center, HR Business Partners, and HR Sr.
Manager.
We work with HR colleagues across the European or Global organization in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, etc.
As HR leads for the Manufacturing site, we interact closely with Manufacturing leaders and employees at the Cartagena industrial facility.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Work closely with other HR team members to deploy specific functional policies and participate in improving HR processes, aligned with business priorities. Provide support for varying HR disciplines, including professional and personnel relations, employee compensation and benefits, employee engagement, organizational design and change, communications, and career development. Track progress of identified project assignments. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor/Master Degree in Human Resources/Industrial Relations or related disciplines.
Preferably a last-year student. Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken). Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Eagerness to learn and a proactive mindset. Teamwork and collaboration. Result-oriented. FURTHER INFORMATION: The internship will be arranged via University Collaboration agreements or similar programs.
