Hrbp (Interim)

- For our division in Muro de Alcoy, we are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner profile to cover an interim position._

**Main responsabilities**
- Payroll management of all the division's employees.
- Control and management of the entire recruitment process (recruitment, on boarding, follow-up).
- Propose effective HR solutions adapted to the challenges of the company and ensure the implementation of the Group's HR policies.
- Resolving staff queries and managing day-to-day issues.
- Contribute to the design of organisations (skills, resources, processes) that are adapted to the challenges of the business.
- Managing talent, performance and competence, engagement, diversity and inclusion.
- Absenteeism management.
- Management and monitoring of internal communication
- Management, control and monitoring of training for all staff.
- Uniform management
- Fostering good communication and transparency within the company
- Contributing to people development
- Management of the HR database
- Support and follow-up of the PMC
- Reporting
- Be part of Management Team

**Profile**
- Education_: Labor Relations Degree or similar.
- Experience_: 3 years in a similar position at least.
- Languages_: High level of English
- Technical knowledge_
- advanced use of excel
- Knowledge of Spanish legislation
- knowledge of spanish payroll
