Role Purpose Dedicated role in countries with large employee populations.
Responsible for local benefits programs, working with Reward CoE on any design changes or business case for new initiatives.
Supports local HR team with reward activities below the centrally managed employee groups.
Key Responsibilities HR Data Analytics and Insights: Deliver analyses of HR data; identify trends and contribute to the creation of HR insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues, enhancement of employee engagement, and/or improvement of business performance.
Internal Client Relationship Management: Build effective working relationships within the internal client organization and contribute to the management of the partnering relationship, delivering high-quality professional services within established routines or as part of an agreed project.
Information and Business Advice: Resolve complex queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on policies and/or procedures, referring the most complex issues to others.
Data Collection and Analysis: Produce accurate reports for others by collecting data from a variety of standard sources and inputting it into standard formats.
Operational Compliance: Develop knowledge and understanding of the organization's policies and procedures and of relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct to ensure own work adheres to those standards.
Obtain authorization from a supervisor or manager for any exceptions from mandatory procedure.
Personal Capability Building: Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching.
Develop and maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
Compensation and Benefits Program Design: Support the design and delivery of employee compensation structures and benefit programs, providing relevant internal financial analyses and analysis of external practices.
Actuarial Analysis and Insights: Carry out specified actuarial data analyses to contribute to the production of actuarial analyses and insights.

Policy Development and Implementation: Develops and implements policies without supervision while providing technical guidance when required.
Action Planning: Works with guidance (but not constant supervision) to develop appropriate plans or perform necessary actions based on recommendations and requirements.
Assessment: Works with guidance (but not constant supervision) to analyze data from multiple sources to draw appropriate conclusions and make suitable recommendations.
Reporting: Works with guidance (but not constant supervision) to create relevant, lucid and effective reports.
Essential Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's Degree Experience in mid/large organizations 3 to 5 years of experience in compensations, benefits, and rewards Partnering corporate functions Experience interacting with CoE and Shared Services organizations #J-18808-Ljbffr
