As well as delivering 'fee-earning' consultancy projects we contribute to the success of the rest of the organisation by advising customers how to prepare for and get the best from their evolving HRIS technology.Our customers are increasingly looking to improve their ability to support their employees to do their best work through effective HR teams supported by digital HR technology. Alight's HR Transformation is dedicated to supporting our customers on their HR Transformation journeys. We help customers to achieve successful HR Transformation by advising them on the digital HR technology, particularly Cloud systems available to suit their needs. We then help facilitate a successful system implementation by aligning business processes and providing the change management advice required to meet their goals.The responsibilities:As an HR Transformation Senior Consultant you will build strong relationships with board level customer contacts and learn an ever more varied set of skills.
